  1. 01 Sending a request - via Letter of Intent - LOI
  2. 02 Sending a Soft Corporate Offer — SCO
  3. 03 The buyer issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order — ICPO
  4. 04 The seller issues a Full Corporate Offer — FCO
  5. 05 After the Buyer accepts the FCO, we conclude a Sale and Purchase Agreement — SPA
  6. 06 The parties negotiate and finalize the SPA
  7. 07 Buyer/Seller intermediaries sign Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement — IMFPA
  8. 08 The payment instrument is issued and submitted to the Seller's bank
  9. 09 The payment is made by the Buyer
  10. 10 The fee is paid based on IMFPA
