- 01 Sending a request - via Letter of Intent - LOI
- 02 Sending a Soft Corporate Offer — SCO
- 03 The buyer issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order — ICPO
- 04 The seller issues a Full Corporate Offer — FCO
- 05 After the Buyer accepts the FCO, we conclude a Sale and Purchase Agreement — SPA
- 06 The parties negotiate and finalize the SPA
- 07 Buyer/Seller intermediaries sign Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement — IMFPA
- 08 The payment instrument is issued and submitted to the Seller's bank
- 09 The payment is made by the Buyer
- 10 The fee is paid based on IMFPA
